Columbia, SC (WLTX) - USC's record-setting football team will be honored at halftime of this Saturday's basketball game against Florida.
The football team is considered by many to be the best in the history of the program, having won 11 games, a school record. They also finished in the final Top 10 in the major polls, a first for the University of South Carolina.
Coach Steve Spurrier and several players are expected to attend the event.
The basketball game is scheduled for 7 p.m. at the Colonial Life Arena.
